    We are recruiting a talented senior chef de parite or junior sous chef for a well-known event venue based in North London London.
    An ideal candidate must have long catering experience. Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern English gastro pub foods are essential.
    To apply for chef de parite job the right person must speak good English, be highly organised and operate within the highest standards of health & hygiene. Ability to work in a friendly team environment is of prime importance as well as a passion for quality and detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • -Must be fully able to run kitchen alone
    • -Must be able to cook all kind of English food from scratch (for 100 to 120 covers)
    • -Managing food purchasing and storage
    • -Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
    • -Helping create new recipes and write menus
    • -Salary 30k annul
