We are now inviting applications to fill the following vacancy:
Job title: Head of marketing
Band: 2
Salary: £53,550 - £63,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid– a combination of working from home and in the office based in Coventry
Hours: 35 hours per week

We’re on the hunt for a brilliant marketing professional to bring their experience, vision and enthusiasm to drive our marketing team.
You will be responsible for the management of multi-channel marketing activity to support our organisational growth ambitions and will understand the importance of our external profile and brand.
You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we continue to build our digital offer and develop our member content strategy to ensure its best-in-class.
About you
We’re looking for someone with flair and creativity who can create impact and increase engagement with all our products and services.
With an appreciation of what it takes to create an excellent customer experience you will be able to inspire and lead a team of talented marketing, and digital experts.
You will have proven experience in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate strong project management and decision-making skills.
You'll be commercially savvy and have an eye for growth with innovative recommendations.
