We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to represent our partner Red Bull, driving brand awareness and sales of their products.

Responsibilities:
Performance:
• Forge relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory.
• Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle.
• Deliver world-class customer service.
• Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
• Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory.
• Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays.
• Maximise brand awareness and educate customers on new product opportunities.
• Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives.
Compliance:
• Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief.
• Ensure compliance of product availability and correct prices displayed.
• Ensure correct execution of all new product launches.
Data Recording and Reporting:
• Record response data accurately.
• Take high-quality photos of activity completed with concise descriptions.
Insight:
• Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity.
• Keep abreast of trends, news, and information concerning the channel you are working in.
Technical:
• Analyse intervention data to drive actions.
• Analyse data to determine dynamic in-store visits.
• Utilise sales data and case studies to pre-sell upcoming activity.
Administration:
• Manage journey plans in line with the briefing process.
• Ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities.
Requirements:
• Experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment is preferred.
• Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand.
• Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven selling skills and commercial acumen.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Travel 90-100%.
