Recruiting, training, and supervising caf staff.
Preparing weekly feint schedules for staff and finding up to standard replacements in cases of staff absence.
Ensuring that everything caf expenses are within budget and identifying ways to grow less operational costs.
Receiving delivered caf supplies and verifying that the truthful items and quantities have been delivered.
Taking inventory of caf supplies and ordering new lump as needed.
Resolving customer complaints upon the order of food quality and customer service.
Suggesting extra menu items based on customers preferences and feedback.
Identifying strategies to preserve and attract customers.

Cafe Manager Jobs in West Meon Woodlands Requirements:

High co-conspirator professor diploma or GED.
Bachelors degree or certification in issue administration or business organization is advantageous.
Proven government experience in the hospitality industry.
A food handlers license.
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
