Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care to residents with sensitivity and respect, assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Supporting residents at mealtimes, ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration, and recording dietary intake as required.
- Building positive relationships with residents, offering companionship, and engaging them in social activities to promote mental wellbeing.

Essential Requirements

- The right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a standard DBS check.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a care home, hospital, or similar setting (6 months+).
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Moving & Handling and First Aid certifications.
- Experience caring for individuals with dementia.
