Responsibilities for E-commerce Assistant Jobs in Birmingham :

  • Liaising to the side of with the Ecommerce Manager, you will work on the visual merchandising of the site
  • Be blamed for upselling and fuming selling opportunities on product pages to maximise sales, ensuring they are continually updated behind in stock, relevant styles
  • Working next door to with the Buying & Merchandising teams to ensure products reach on grow old for marketing launches
  • Use Google Analytics and reports from the Merchandising team to inform on site decisions
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager gone ad hoc on-site projects and web developments by putting briefs together and submitting tickets to the web move ahead agency like necessary
  • Deliver best in class customer experience functional closely behind the customer benefits team to present the customer similar to relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity
