Successful candidates will be quality-driven and will be blamed for ensuring character assurance procedures are followed correctly within the bakery at everything times. Responsibilities count but not limited to Quality Controller Jobs In New Malden Raw material sampling and certain release checks. Finished product sampling, assessment, and sure release. Daily shift in and out checks. Daily shift credit writing. Routine vibes assurance checks such as calibrations, metal detection, glass & hard plastic checks, temperature checks, CCP monitoring, traceability, and mass credit testing. Monitoring the standards of hygiene and housekeeping. Carrying out staff training. Liaise with working teams and ensure that the required standards for food safety are maintained. Internal audits. The ideal candidate: Quality Controller Jobs In New Malden Food science degree required. Experience in a Technical/Quality Assurance role is preferred. Experience in creating and maintaining product specifications. Previous experience within a factory operational to BRC standards extremely desirable To have a general knowledge of food safety.
