Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen
City & Guilds Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or NVQ equivalent
Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate
Proven experience managing kitchen sections or brigades
Strong HACCP & allergen awareness
Calm under pressure during high-volume service
