Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of warehouse operatives and pickers and packers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, preferably within a fast-moving 3PL, retail, or e-commerce fulfilment environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, delegate, and provide constructive feedback to a diverse team.
