Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Team Leadership & Daily Management: Directly supervise a team of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the required standard. Conduct daily briefings and allocate workloads.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all site-specific H&S policies, including manual handling, forklift zones (working alongside forklift drivers), and PPE regulations. Conduct regular safety walks and risk assessments.
